4. Credits and Payments

• New users receive free starter credits
• Additional credits can be purchased through our payment processor (Stripe)
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Generated Content: You own the rights to content generated using your uploads and prompts, subject to these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with all laws.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by Photoproduct.io and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Content Moderation

Our AI systems include safety filters to prevent generation of harmful content. Content that violates our policies may be blocked, and repeated violations may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to review and remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Service Availability

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Photoproduct.io and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination
